Our Approach

Partner with Purpose

Meaningful partnerships are rooted in trust, strength, and a common vision. They flourish through honest communication that leads to reflection, collaboration, revelation, and connection. In the process of developing a partnership, we disclose our values, reveal our strengths, and together plan a resilient future. We listen to each other and learn from each other in order to create a vision and plan.

Dreaming Boldy

“Dreaming big” may seem unrealistic or even naïve, yet history proves the greatest achievements often begin as audacious dreams. Grounding innovation, transformative movement, and success stories start with fundamental values and a vision that is bold and challenges conventional limits. In organizations, we frame dreams using terms like mission, vision, and goals—but the essence remains the same. Having the courage to dream beyond limitations confronts shifting demands, fuels ambition, and sets the stage for lasting impact.

Joyfully Engage

How does joy fit into business? The answer lies in engagement. Joy is more than fleeting happiness—it’s a sense of fulfillment derived from success, common values, and the pursuit of meaningful goals. Organizations that embrace joy cultivate and motivate passionate teams who celebrate both the journey and the achievement. When people find purpose in their work, engagement thrives, and success follows.

Honoring a Legacy

The Origin of PDJ

“PDJ” is more than an acronym—it’s a legacy and a tribute to my friend, David Burton.

Dave was a man of deep convictions, living his life with purpose, vision, and genuine love of life. His presence alone was a testament to his values. Dave embraced three foundational beliefs that shaped his life and the way he interacted with the world:

Pray Hard

Dream Big

Choose Joy

Thus, the acronym PDJ was born. Dave adopted these three guiding principles as his personal brand, using them to spread hope and offer a blueprint for living a fulfilling life.

Dave was onto something when he chose to live by the words Pray Hard, Dream Big, and Choose Joy. These simple yet powerful principles extend beyond personal faith—they hold deep relevance for organizations seeking to inspire, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the lives they serve.

As I thought about honoring Dave’s memory—I wondered how this acronym and Dave’s intended use could be applied to organizational strategic planning and business development. His Guiding Principles became the basis for my own:

Partner with Purpose, Dream Boldly, Joyfully Engage.
